The consulate's mobile app is now available on Android

The consulate mobile app of Benin in Liège is now available on Android. Free of charge, it brings your website account to your phone: request your documents, attach your files and track your application straight from your phone.

Download the app on Google Play

What the consulate mobile app lets you do

The app offers the same services as the website, designed for a phone screen.

  • Request your documents: consular card, passport, visa, civil status records and legalisations, with the fee, the processing time and the documents required.
  • Attach your documents: take photos of your documents with your phone, or add your PDFs.
  • Track your file: every step is shown, from submission to collecting your document.
  • Book an appointment at the consulate, and find your appointments in your profile.
  • Talk to the consulate: messages and online payment, without travelling.
  • Services for the diaspora: support, repatriation, returning home or a request to the authorities.

Install the app in three steps

  1. Open Google Play on your phone and search for “Consulat du Bénin à Liège”, or tap the download link.
  2. Tap Install. The app is shown in French, Dutch or English, depending on your phone's language.
  3. Sign in with the code you receive by email, or with your Google account. There is no password to remember.

Without an account, you can already browse the services, their fees and the news. Signing in is only required to submit a request or write to the consulate. The guide Installing the app and signing in walks you through each screen.

Your account follows you, from the website to your phone

Sign in with the same email address as on the website: you will find all your requests right away. A file started on your computer continues on your phone, and the other way round.
