Chaque liste distingue deux sortes de documents : ceux à téléverser dans le dossier en ligne, et ceux à présenter au guichet, comme un original ou des frais réglés sur place.

Un document marqué d'un astérisque est obligatoire : le bouton de dépôt reste grisé tant qu'il manque. Les autres dépendent de votre situation, par exemple pour un mineur, un mariage ou une naissance à l'étranger.

Préparer ses documents

  • Numérisez chaque document en entier, lisible et sans reflet : une photo prise au téléphone convient.
  • Formats acceptés : PDF, JPEG, PNG et WEBP, 10 Mo maximum par fichier.
  • Apportez au rendez-vous ou au retrait les documents à présenter au guichet : ils figurent à part dans le dossier.
