High Court of Justice
The court with jurisdiction to try the President and members of the Government for acts committed in office.
The High Court of Justice has jurisdiction to try the President of the Republic and members of the Government for high treason and for offences committed in the performance of their duties.
Composition
It brings together members of the Constitutional Court, Members of Parliament elected by the National Assembly and the President of the Supreme Court. Its decisions are final.
